Align 101
Align 101 introduces the fundamental principles of alignment and breath work. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through verbal description and demonstration.

This class focuses on finding balance, strenght, and flexibility through mindful movement and brath. Prana Vashya Introductory Series
Introductory series is a shorten version of primary full series in order to finish the practice within 60-70 minutes. Each class progressively builds on the previous class, students will learn about the basic principles of Prana Vashya's alignment and breathing.
